Your home will be marketed on all of our platforms, not just the MLS, and we will work closely with you to develop a marketing strategy that is tailored specifically to your property, and real estate goals. We also incorporate an informational texting tool for smart devices, which allows easier access to all relevant listing data, and our website is mobile friendly as many people these days prefer to browse on their handheld devices. We do weekly ads in local Vancouver publications like The Georgia Straight, produce an online newsletter and blog, and we send email marketing campaigns that showcase your home with all it has to offer.

GETTING YOUR HOME READY FOR MARKET

Finding buyers who appreciate your home as much as you do is key. We perform an initial walk through of the property where we will make suggestions of any work that needs to be done. Whether it is paint touch ups, carpet cleaning, garden maintenance, de-cluttering or staging, our expert advice will help you showcase your home to as many qualified buyers as possible. Our professional photographer and floor plan expert will then come take pictures and produce custom floor plans for your home. Once this and all the relevant paperwork is completed, your home will be ready for market.

ONCE IT HAS HIT THE MARKET, THEN WHAT?

Once your home is on the market, our years of experience working in the Vancouver real estate market start working for you. Your listing will be advertised on multiple platforms and be emailed to our large database of potential buyers and agents and we'll continue to send these emails as long as your home is on the market. We suggest holding regular weekend open houses until the property has sold. We endeavor to make this a positive experience for you at all times, and will work with you every step of the way to ensure the highest sale price for your home in the shortest amount of time. Pricing a property is not an exact science, it is important to listen to the feedback you receive from local agents and other parties who view your home. If several months go by with little or no interest, it may be time to consider a revision to the List price.
