Rick Stonehouse has over 25 years of experience in the Vancouver real estate market. Dwayne has been planted in Vancouver for the past 20 years after living in Montreal for several years and receiving his degree from Concordia University. With more than a decade of experience working in the Vancouver real estate market Dwayne prides himself on going above and beyond for all his clients. Born in Vancouver, Shaun has lived all over the world before moving back to his hometown in 2009. Shaun was one of five people who qualified for the 2014 Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver ‘Medallion Club Rookie of the Year’, and was the recipient of Sutton Westcoast Realty’s ‘Vancouver Rookie of the Year 2014’ and ‘Overall Rookie of the Year 2014’. Rose moved to the Vancouver area in 2000, and has not looked back since. Working in the Real Estate field as Administrative Support Staff for Sutton Group West Coast since 2006, she was thrilled to make the change to work with an expanding team. Since joining The Stonehouse Team in 2012, Rose has kept all the day-to-day operations running smoothly and keeps us all on track as our Office Manager and Unlicensed Assistant.
