All relevant strata documents, title searches, property disclosure statements, tenancy agreements, and if needed, oil tank scans will be provided to you before your subject removal date. We always recommend that you get an inspection report, and re-confirm your financing approval with your lender. If you feel comfortable and want to remove subjects, we will make sure all the necessary paperwork is thoroughly completed to finalize the deal. Then all you have to do is call a mover!
